Clean Simple Minimal, Excellent Staff

The staff was the best thing about my stay. The room was quiet and clean and small which was enough for me for the one night I stayed. There are no closets or places to store your belongings. The surrounding area is questionable and parking is confusing, tight, and an additional expense but worth what I paid and it got the job done and for a quick trip I'd stay stay again at this price point.

The air conditioning was not working properly, the room was hot all the time even when the air was running in the lowest possible temperature. It made a really loud noise when working. Only few TV channels, mostly news and some sports. They only changed the towels once in five days. The ice maker machine located in our floor was not working. There was no coffee maker nor microwave in our room. Also, there are not free parking for the hotel guests, you have to pay $35+ taxes daily, but I would recommend anyone to park on this parking if you are not familiar with the area. Something I like was that the elevator only works with the room key, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to access to any room.

The breakfast staff a spanish gentle man and female where excellent, Almost smiling an greeting us. They where polite and welcoming. They kept the eating area super cleaned and stocked. I felt at home. One of the maintenace workers from the pool area ( female) was also very attentive, always offering clean towels and checking premises where cleaned. I also called the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and blanket and received it in a few minutes. Great staff.

Super quick check in. Early check in wasn’t an issue. If cruising, they will hold your luggage until your room is ready. Helpful and kind staff. Clean room. Comfy beds. Steamer in room was a bonus! Plenty of quality bath products. Clean & comfortable pool area. Would recommend!
