I liked the comfortable bed and room. Easy parking. Easy to get to the hotel. Restaurant food was decent. Housekeeping did a great job replacing our towels and trash daily. The elevator needs updating - it took forever for it to get to our floor. Our neighbors were very loud (yelling and banging the walls) and the man I spoke to when I called to make a complaint at 2:45 AM one morning was kind of rude about it. Also, when we wanted to be seated at the restaurant the host was on his phone and didn't acknowledge us for a good minute even though we were right in front of him. I know I could've said something, but he was buried in his phone and I wanted to see how long it would take him to notice my husband and I were right in front of him. The pool was nice, however, I didn't find it fair that they had swimming lessons going on during guest pool hours and had over half the pool closed off to accommodate the lessons. While I'm fine with people getting lessons, I found it odd to be using a hotel pool where guests pay to use on their vacation and during the guest pool hours. If I had children and they couldn't use most of the pool I would be disappointed as a parent. Luckily we didn't mind because it was just two of us, but someday when we have children that's not going to work out well.

The room and lobby area was clean. There was only 1 elevator working during our 4 night stay. The washer worked but the dryer didn't, which was fine since we hung dry what we washed. The detergent vending machine was not in use, and the front desk store didn't have one on display (maybe if you asked they had some), but we had detergent to begin with, so didn't have any issues with the washing machine.

Worst trip ever

Will not be staying at this hotel ever again. My wife has 2 service animals certified through the ADA. We were discriminated against at first because of her service animals and that they didnt recognize them as service animals but they are federally certified through ADA for her disability. Then they said they would charge us for one of her service animals which federally they can not do. I reported them to their corporate office. Then when i went down stairs the front desk gentleman ask if i called corporate because they called us. Then he proceeds to retaliate against me and say they have the right to refuse guest. Which clearly would have been just because of her service animals. My wife almost had an episode because of them. Also to make matters worse there was a used condom rapper behind the bed that i guess the cleaning crew forgot. Upon leavin we spoke with another front desk crew they were more than helpful and said someone would reach out about the refund. Which i havent heard anything from. And yes we are in talks with the ADA and ada lawyers to seek legal action.

Room had gnats and spiders throughout our stay refrigerator dirty there was past occupants alcoholic containers left in room maid service did not wipe down counters we had to put the fitted sheet down on the corners only one of the elevator’s worked.

Staff locked son in the gym when closing, one elevator, long waits, toilet next door to us overflowed, hallway smelled terrible of sewer, outdated hotel considering that it’s the crowne royal.

The property needs a refresh. The price reflects a much nicer establishment. The hotel is dated, the AC is very old and struggles to dehumidify the room - It was very damp. The key cards never ever worked. They would have to be reprogrammed every time you left the room. There was only 1 working elevator and it was quite slow. The front desk staff was fabulous and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel istelf was clean, it just needs some improvements to meet the price point you are paying.

Its old and need updated, broken light fixtures, slow and noisy flush toilet, one elevator and that one is extremely slow and small, therefore people were waiting in non air conditioned hallways, smelled like marijuana in the exil staircase hence the elevator issue we took the stairs. Air conditioner did not put out continuous cool air, prices are way too high for what the hotel is.
