Great Value and Very Clean

We were happy from the moment we walked in the lobby which was clean and inviting. Our greeting by Miss Mary was warm and friendly. She took great care of us. Even offered to look up whether I had a rewards membership because I had no idea. Explained all of the amenties to us. Offered us pool towels. Our room was spotless. The shower had provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The hot water came out FAST and the shower head worked great. The room was quiet. Towels and Linens were very nice. Everything was odor free. The pool was definitely heated and the pool area and gym were very clean and neat. The dining area was also immaculate and breakfast was delicious. Feeeway access literally could not be easier or faster. The only cons for me were that the mattress could have been more comfortable. It's not the worst I've slept on but not the best either. And there were no usb ports in the room.

Wish it had been better.

My first night was fine, the second one came off the rails a bit. We returned from dinner to find water leaking down, in the bathroom, upstairs. My husband headed to the front desk and they moved us down the hall right away. The new room was an ‘accessible’ room and the floor underneath the hall sink was damp. They did try their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible - they’re just having a water issue.

I checked in on Friday, but my room was not serviced on Saturday nor was breakfast available on Saturday as advertised - to quote "We ran out of breakfast, sorry." Also had to get my key remade on Saturday. Pet fee was not disclosed when I made my reservation - It was $25 a stay per pet.

Our room was disgustingly dirty with garbage and a crack pipe on the floor. The carpet was worn through. The bedding reeked of unwashed bodies. This is the most repulsive room we’ve ever seen. Upon complaint to the front desk we were moved to another room which at least didn’t have garbage on the floor.

Terrible stay away !

I got bed bug bites from this hotel. They do not clean there rooms and everything was unplugged and the light bulbs were unscrewed we had no lights until I finally figured out the bulbs were unscrewed. Who does that?

Best deal on the best hotel I've ever gotten on Expedia. Thank you so much Baymont! After a week of traveling and driving 15 hours a day, you were the breath of fresh air the night before our last leg home for 14 hours! Gorgeous place, great price, great breakfast and the breakfast area is gorgeous as well

The stay was awesome for the price - the pool was heated. Here's the thing though, I don't understand why you won't allow breakfast in the room. There's is no logic- basically we can buy food outside and bring to the room and it's the same. Also, you don't know why people bring food in the room. In my case, those who can come out came out to eat. The reason why the pancake was brought in the room is to save time, feed the toddler while packing. Otherwise, the room was great and clean. The maintenance guy helped us immediately with the bulb that is flickering. The building is old but then the price make it all worth it.
