Cross Creek Golf and Country Club is a beautiful community located 5 minutes from the airport and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches. Cross Creek boasts an difficult 18 hole Executive course with pro shop, Clubhouse, and Restaurant. Other amenities include tennis courts, pickle ball courts, lawn bowling, pools.
The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and in suite laundry facilities. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen smart TV. Upgraded cable package, wireless internet and telephone are included. Nicely decorated with new appliances.
Our complex has a private heated pool, hot top, sauna and gym. There is also a community BBQ and gazebo.
1 designated covered parking spot is also available. Extra guest parking is available on first come basis.

Nice condo, well equipped

Carpet needs cleaned, getting a dark pathway. the two sofas need cleaned as they have body odor. Furance filter very dirty, vacuum best I could. Needs replaced as it a its an old washable one falling apart.
