Check in went well as the employee was super friendly and kind. The property is right on the beach which is nice. It was pretty loud there, we turned the room fan on to drown out the noise for sleeping.

Great room for family of 4. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so lots of room. Kitchen had the basics but could be better stocked. There were only 5 forks, 5 spoons, etc so we were doing dishes often. Perfect location right on the beach. They had chairs you could borrow for free which was great. The only negative was that we couldn’t use the pool all week due to maintenance and no one emailed in advance to let us know.

Edison Beach House was awesome!! Our room had everything we could need, and a great view of the beach!! The staff was very friendly and accomodating when we had a delayed arrival. The only negative in regard to the property was related to unfortunate timing on our part because the new pool was closed for maintenance, and the water was shut off for a few hours for work on the property. The property is close to nearby restaurants. The damage from Hurricane Ian is still very obvious in the area and recovery is in process. There are no beach chairs available to take closer to the shore, so bring your own beach chairs/umbrellas if that's your thing. We loved our stay!!!!

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and being so close to the beach was amazing. The area is still building back after the hurricane, but there's plenty to do and walk to.
