Embassy Estero

Overall the stay was good. The room and service was also good. The disappointment was that they were remodeling the lobby and sanding/grouting floors so there was noise all day long. There was a fire in a planter in the atrium at 6:30 am we were told to evacuate which was fine but waited outside in the cold for 45 min and no one told us to come back in. Very confusing!

Hotel was clean for the most part because they were remodeling but they kept up on the dust. The staff was pretty good. We did have a few people that got an attitude once in a while. Housekeeping didn't come to our room very often so we had to go get supplies some times.
