Not the most impressive Hilton. Room was a little run down. Mattress was way too soft. Fitted sheet was too small and would not stay on. Coffee cup lids were too big. Just a plethora of annoying little things. would

Hotel is clean, i didn’t use its facilities or amenities, i went there to sleep, got up very early and left. Bed was NOT comfortable, I was sinking in it, woke up with back and head ache. Pillows were good, both queen mattress in the room were no different. Tried to sleep In Different directions and positions, but bed caved in in the center. At check out, the front desk man ignored my good morning greeting, until he was done on his cell phone I was the first to arrive to front desk, he acknowledged us when another couple arrived to front desk and said hey! Other than that, safe place, clean and good amenities.

Nice bar, restaurant, and pool. The front desk girls were wonderful. I was there 4 nights. It would have been nice to have my coffee, cups, water and facial wipes replaced every day.

The sheets smelled toxic. The odor of the cleaning product was overwhelming. We even smelled it on our clothes when we unpacked. Bartender/ nightstaff was great and friendly. Breakfast server ( we had sit down) seemed over stretched and infrequent. Food was stone cold. Sports team staying there did something in the parking lot that covered several cars including ours with white sticky substance similiar to spray can snow.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable. Great pool and hot tub. Everything was wonderful for my entire stay until the last 35 min prior to check out. The housekeepers knocked on my door at 1125am when check out is 12pm. I was on a call so I said through the door that I would be out of the room in about 15 min. Then the room phone rang and it was the front desk telling me the housekeeper told her I was checking out late. I told her that I told the housekeeper that I would be out in about 15 min. , isn't check out at 12pm? It's 1130am. She said yes. I said ok l, I will be out of the room before 12pm and I was. Way to push your customers out and ruin a nice stay.
