First impression not good. Girl at check in very rude and not at all helpful. Almost went somewhere else after this first encounter but this hotel was convenient to a local hospital we needed to be near during our stay. Once we got past that though it got better. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast bar was good and had nice daily selections. Area appeared like it could be a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any problems there. One day maid service took all our towels when cleaning and never replaced them so we had to go to front desk for new ones.

I've been to hundreds of Holiday Inns in multiple states and countries, and I can safely say this is in the top 3!!! Check in was fluid...check in person was efficient and friendly! The room was modern, super spacious, and the bathroom had Dove everything (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body cream). Breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely come back!

We have stayed here a couple times before. Love the location. Parking is good and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. This time when we got to our room the toilet had splatter of poop in the toilet seat and under the seat. That was our only issue. The pool is small but we didn’t stay here for the pool.
