Overall, this is a very well managed hotel. Staff takes pride in the hospitality they provide. Everyone wears a smile, no matter how their day may be going personally, from the front end to the maintenance staff. Very clean throughout. Only disappointment during our stay was that the hot tub was actually colder than the main pool. The pool was very warm, however. (Heater on hotub was either off, or broken, for our entire week long stay) The only two other things we could think of, that could improve this hotel experience for a variety of people's needs, would be to designate two rooms of each type, on each floor, as non-pet friendly, for the guests who require such an accomodation. (The entire hotel is pet friendly) Secondly, install a few more ice machines. Theres only one ice machine available for all 6 floors, is an elevator ride down to lobby, then a long walk back past the gym, then past the meeting room, then past the pool, to the guest laundry, where the only ice machine resides. Will give a nice nod however, to the dispenser with two sizes of ziplock bags above the ice machine. Nice touch. Also need to hang a net behind the basketball hoop, to keep all the balls available from going down into the wetland jungle behind the basket where nobody wants to go retrieve them from. Nice grill area, and firepit with ample seating around it. Publix market is right next door. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in future.

The air conditioning in the room was so loud we had to have it turned off. Not ideal Also had to ask for housekeeping on the 3rd day as this was not done, Very disappointed we were never asked if we were satisfied after the problem with the air con.
