What a treat! Property in great shape, superior service for price point, fantastic restaurant inside, beach clean with a ton of shells, and just a superb place that we will stay again!

The property was overall nice , however not worthy of 400 a night . There was nothing special , no coffee bar in am , small Keurig with powder creamer , nothing upscale to be worthy of resort status. The meals were good ,expensive but good tasting . Drinks ok. I would say worthy of 250 a night Max . Other then beachfront , everything else was mediocre

Amazing value and well-done. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. Only negative-our room temperature was set at 68...and it never went below 74, so slightloy too warm.

This area has been through multiple hurricanes so to see how clean it is already just shows how passionate the area is to get it back on track to make it enjoyable. Beautiful beaches, incredible humble people. For a short relaxing getaway that we’re looking for, it was perfect.

Loved the convenience of being beachside and also the chairs and towels. Room decor was decent but a little mismatched. Our headboard was attached next to an old one and photos showed a walk in shower and we had tub. Also for staying 3 nights our housekeeping didn’t replenish shampoo and the sinks weren’t wiped out during the room reset. Staff on property were very warm and welcoming. The in house restaurant was top quality meals very impressed and convenient hours

We were very impressed with the condition of our room and the condition of the resort. The staff at was friendly especially the coffee shop staff. Today was the presidential inaugeration so we went to check out 10 minutes before President Trump was sworn in as we had to check out at noon. We rushed the restaurant/bar at rhe resort to watch the President of the United States of America get sworn in. We asked the manager at thr restaurant if he could change the channel so we could watch and the manager on duty said "We will NOT be watching that on this TV" very rudely. This was a very important day in our history and the manager refused to let us warch it and all we wete asking for about 5 minutes to watch the change of command in our country.

2nd time in two years

This is the second time we have stayed at Sanibel Island Beach Resort. The quick access to the beach and the overall condition of the resort is why we came back. The wife and I are already discussing coming back this summer for a couple of weeks.

The staff were very friendly and we were able to check in well before the scheduled time. Our room was spacious and located very close to the beach. Beach access was simple and chairs were provided without needing to be reserved.

It's not really a resort. They have a pool and a tennis court. All rooms enter from the parking lot and the facilities are not connected to the beach/front desk/dining. There is no real common area other than to go eat at the restaurant. We found ants/bugs on our toothbrushes in the morning. They offered to comp our "resort" fee, but it wasn't like they were surprised there were bugs. The beach was really nice, and that's the only reason we stayed there. It was too cold to do anything else that week. Would not return. I was very disappointed in the island overall. It was very much hyped versus other nicer islands in Florida I've visited.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is amazing and right on the beach. Pool area and bar were great and the on location dining options were convenient and good! Rooms are on the small side but the beds were super comfortable and the hotel is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend this beach gem.
