Dirty, unvacuumed floors in rooms and common areas. Very inconvenient; no 24 hour front desk. Inadvertently locked out of my room and had to sleep on the couch in the lobby for two hours. Definitely will not repeat the mistake of staying there again.

had to go to the desk every day to get clean towels. trash can outside the door not emptied in three days. my credit card was charged twice for the room. i called to get this remedied and was told the manager would call me back in an hour but no one called. I would appreciate help fixing this.

The pictures advertised are NOT what you find in reality. Two different Indian (presumably related to owner) staffers I spoke with did not understand simple questions and could not articulate in a clear and understandle way. The breakfast at 8:15am was old, empty, when I mentioned it to the clerk he stared at me with a blank face. I asked him for a second time will he refill the eggs and he didn't understand...I shook my head and walked away. This facility is run down, managed by a very inexperienced, uncaring staff who care nothing about quality or doing things right. HIGHLY ADVISE not staying here. The exterior is falling apart, the interior is bandaided together, it's very substandard. The floors structurally are unlevel, then as you walk across your floorin your room, you can feel the laminate "squishing" down because the flooring under the laminate is not stable and/or there's debris under the laminate...overall it was disconcerting.

We booked the 3-room suite, and it look nothing like the picture on the web page. Hotel is very old and dated. Shower had tiles peeling off the wall. The continental breakfast the one day we checked it was pretty much out of half the stuff with an hour left to go. If you are looking for a cheap stay and don't have standards this is your place.

There was nothing really nice about this property, trash piled up outside, dirty wet diaper behind our bathroom door , always took several times for our key card to work..and wasn't willing to give us any refund or discount. I will never be staying at this property ever again nor will the othe 4 people i was with.

The room was comfortable and convenient to the entrance. Everything was on one level; there were no stairs for us to get in and out. We are in our 80's so stairs can be a problem at times.

Smelled like weed

It was very old and outdated.. very dirty..the first room we were given smelled very strongly of smoke. Had to get a different room. Wouldve left if i could've. But since i booked on hotels.com shw couldnt cancel it she only could give me a different room. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming..and in the parking lot there were people sitting in their suburban smoikng weed also.
