If you want to sleep good don't run the airplane ac unit or try and sleep. Small engine on and off kept me from sleeping on the less than comfortable bed

Booked through this site. Room was right across the hall from an extremely noisy soda machine. No elevators in the hotel, so one had to carry everything up/down the stairs. One of the fire rates does was split - the veneer was falling off on one side. Found out the next day that the fridge in our room was unplugged (must've been done during cleaning), so the food we brought with spoiled (we are on vacation). Plugged the fridge in, and it kept things somewhat cool on the max setting, however was noisy. By the end of the second evening and overnight the AC was getting louder as well. There is no room service for multiple day stay. Upon check out, when noting the issues above, the front desk clerk just said he would have maintenance check the room out. Then, we get charged for daily "amenities." $8.90 per day. When I questioned what these amenities charges were for, as we had not gotten anything from the front desk while we were there and had not rented any movies on the TV, the front desk clerk said "it is for coffee in the lobby, if a guest needs a tooth brush or toothpaste. We charge this to every guest." Would not recommend staying here - find a better place that works to keep their guests happy.

The staff were friendly. When we first arrived, the Expedia reservation was not initially found yet the man at the desk managed the check in and got us into a room in a short period of time. If ever in Pierre again, we would not hesitate to go back.

Kids making noise in the hallway at 11 PM and after 12. Told the front desk about it at 6 PM. Our convention was here so it was convenient, but this hotel group has been known for wildness on Saturdays.

Continental breakfast was ok. French toast was tough. Mattress on bed wasnt comfortable. To soft . Bulged in the middle. Shower didnt drain and ran over lip onto floor.
