Very comfortable beds! The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast I've had. So many options, kept hot and clean/presentable. The hot tub was a welcome site after the day of travel. Highly recommend staying here again.

For a weary traveler, it was fine. The parking was limited. Additionally, the elevator was non-functional, and my room was on the third floor. The free breakfast was underwhelming, as well as the coffee - weak, very weak.

Unfortunate But!

Elevators did not work. our room was on the 3rd floor. we are seniors and have medical issues. they did not offer any service to help carry our bags 3 flights of stairs. Comfort could have hired helpers to make it easier.

Elevator not working! No rooms available on first floor (check in was 3pm and we arrived at 4pm) . No assistance available for getting suitcases to the second floor also pool and jacuzzi not available for use. No date or time for when elevator would be working! No discount offered for no working elevator, pool or jacuzzi! Another person who has been staying here while working in the area stated elevator hasn’t been working for 3 weeks! We will not stay here again.

The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. Busy hotel (right off freeway) but it was fairly quiet throughout the night on the 3rd floor. Lady at desk was friendly and had a smile. Only problem right now is elevator does not work, not a problem for me but I can see how that could be a dealbreaker for a disabled person. All in all nothing out of the ordinary.

Good place to stay for a night. Room was decent size. Hotel itself is a little rundown.. could use a thorough cleaning of the hallways and elevator. Breakfast had limited options but was better than most. We, unfortunately, had neighbors that kept yelling but they quieted down around 11pm. Lots of stray cats that were friendly and would run up to you in the parking lot.. hopefully they’re being fed. Felt bad seeing them beg for food.
