NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN
Not only did housekeeping keep banging on the door trying to get in hours before check out, but when I went to check out, the front desk person was outside smoking, no name-tag, nothing professional to identify who he was. Three weeks later, I called to get my receipt from them and the man refused to give me one, and then tried to charge us for a pet that I declared and paid for at check in. We had two, we paid for one originally, I recognized the mistake right away and went back in to make sure they were aware of the second pet. She took our card and charged it. When I was explaining this to the person I talked to on the phone they tried to charge us NOW three weeks later, AGAIN, without our consent. If the records only showed one charge, that’s on them, not us. He was rude, continually interrupted me and refused to try to look for any other information about our charges for that night. Unbelievable! We were moving cross country and stayed in several hotels along the way. This one was BY FAR the absolute WORST. Oh, and breakfast was a complete joke. Disgusting.
