The price was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. The pillows did not have pillowcases and there was no extra toilet paper even though there was just less than half of a roll present. The TV remote did not work well, and the room was not very clean. Other than that, it was fine.

FLOORS Sloped high degree. Scared me with Damage Deposit Notice, i took pictures of all damaged areas. A/C should be on AUTO to save Money, best cooling.

affordable stay on the way to big bend. check in was easy and friendly. room was clean. the condition of the room did not match the pictures. the room and hotel could use a renovation.

The condition of the property was reflected in its price. Things like no electrical outlet in the bathroom, shower was a weak spray, that took its time to change temperature. Rarely could find the older, friendly, inn keeper. Mostly minor things.

The door to the bathroom could not close as it hit the toilet. My service dog could not find a place to relieve herself because every dog in the town must have crapped there

Do not ever stay here

Truly one of the grossest, most rundown and dilapidated places I have ever stayed. Nothing was clean and NOTHING worked. Broken fridge, broken and molded shower, broken ice machine, disgusting towels that smelled like cigarettes, etc. Truly nothing redeemable about this property. It should be shut down as a health hazard. I will never, ever, EVER stay at an OYO motel again and will be letting everyone I know to never stay at one either.

The. Property is very dated and the side board looked like a coffin we went for something to eat and decided we couldn’t stay there. This hotel is nothing like it looks in the pictures and it should be removed from your site to protect future customers from having the same experience. Waste of money !

We ended up not staying, we were in the room for 5 min trying to find another place to stay. Walking up the stairs what looked like long term tenants had one dog tied to the stairs lost and the other running loose. Told the kids to be careful because we didn't know if they would bite or not. Then everyone was hit with a wall of weed smoke. Think my 4 kids got a contact high. Some other long term tenants were washing their car in the parking lot and then customizing it with window tint. The door badge/lock was all torn apart but luckily it worked. Wasn’t sure if it would keep anyone else out. Once in the room we pulled back the sheets and it looked like someone had just over hauled their car engine then went in and installed the mattress covers. Dirty hand prints all over them. The oven had busted up controls all over it. The bathroom was covered in mold, under the sink and bath tub. There were several holes in the wall. Overall, this is not a place to stay the night, this is more for people looking for a cheap long term rental. We told the mngr o charge us one night, since the beds would need to be re made for I’m where we pulled the sheets back. Apparently he was not surprised, he did not ask a single question as to why we wanted to cancel.

Alpine was a great location and Oyo is not a fancy chain by any means. The sheets appeared to be clean, but nothing else for probably years. The mattress cover was covered in fresh stains and the maintenance man was a chain smoker while stocking the towels and cleaning rooms.

Well, the gentleman at the desk was very nice but my hot water did not work. The drain was clogged and the shower was full of hair. The bedspread was dirty. I slept in my clothes.

I was just looking for a clean place to stay. When we arrived and walked in, there was a ring bell for service sign. We rang the bell twice and waited 10 minutes. The whole time there was what I will call “adult music” playing over the radio. It gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. We did not need up staying here
