Our stay was great. The bunk beds were a nice touch except they didn’t have blankets on them when we arrived. They brought them up after we requested. Overall it was a good experience.

The room was nice, but didn’t have anywhere to sit no chairs. The breakfast was bland Sausage is not cooked well soggy no fruits. The sitting area was nice. The pool was nice and clean, but the bathroom on the first floor was very dirty tissue all over the floor and no tissue on the roll. The staff was nice and helpful.

Llegué a la habitación y estaba el piso sucio lleno de pelos, las sábanas ya estaban usadas manchadas con maquillajes tuve que ir a pedir artículos de limpieza para acondicionar la habitación nosotros mismos, el baño en la zona de la ducha el piso estaba rosado de humedad y sucio muy desagradable me tocó limpiarlo para poder hacer uso , las sábanas no las cambiaron durante los cuatro días no sacaban la basura de la habitación en definitiva no lo recomiendo I arrived at the room and the floor was dirty, full of hair. The sheets were already used and stained with makeup. I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves. The bathroom floor in the shower area was pink from moisture and dirty. Very unpleasant. I had to clean it to be able to use it The sheets weren't changed for four days. They didn't take the trash out of the room. I definitely don't recommend it.

First our sheets and blankets were dirty and a dirty cleaning rag was found in our room. I called the front desk which she said bring them to me and show me and i’ll get you some more. then we found holes in the sheets. bathroom was not cleaned very well at all. especially the shower. Had ac issues which I was first told nothing they could do until the next day but that quickly changed. I wasn’t sleeping in a hot room. so we got a new room. after that it was a little better.

We wanted to have a budget hotel that is at least walkable to the beautiful beach. And this was a perfect choice just because the facility is at least somewhat newer than others. Staff are all friendly and approachable. Though some access walkways to the beach have been closed, it was still a manageable walk from the hotel to the beach. Or just a really short drive to shopping areas and the beach. Nice overall!

Our room was never offered to be cleaned. When we did, they didn’t cleared for the first day. The next day we asked for our room to be cleaned again and they only come to made 1 bed only. We questioned again and then they came to make only the beds. We checked in on Sunday and we only got our beds made on Thursday. They only also gave the same food for the entire time. Most of the morning most Ify the food were finished. I booked this hotel because of the wyndum and breakfast. I had to w d up getting breakfast for the kids because the refused to eat the same food everyday.

Check in was a breeze so I thought. We arrive early and was told to come back during check in time. Cool no problem. I ask the front desk clerk could I go ahead and pay and just come back to pick up room keys. She said yes and we did just that. Everything was great afterwards. The problem comes in because the next morning and we are getting ready for the day and something told me to check my bank account. I was charged 3 times leaving me and my family of 5 with 122 dollars to spend for another 2 days. I was very livid and when I went to the desk to tell the lady what she did. All she could do was say it wasn't her who pre-authorization my card 3 times leaving us with nothing. Instead of her apologizing and taking accountability she blame everyone but herself. Then lied and said a manager will be on the property all day. Didn't even get to speak with a manager or no one in management. Thank you for ruining a family trip that was meant for my nephews to forget about the passing of their mother being tragically killed. Also breakfast was awful. They eggs were supper wet and loose. The sausage were undercooked.

We stayed 4 nights. I like the location. everything else was okay but not quite up to LaQuinta standards. The room was not the cleanest floors were a little gross. I had to get towels 3 times and toilet paper 1 time. I mean if 4 people are staying in a room you should leave 4 towels. There was no water in the lobby. There was coffee but only powdered creamer. Breakfast was okay but not great. Same thing everyday. No benches outside to sit. None of these things ruined my stay but I will most likely look for another hotel in the area next time.
