Well i booked the hotel for the 24th and the plan was to arrive around midnight to 1 , but my grandson got sick so we had to take him to the doctor he had a ear infection , we live 9 hrs away we ended up arrive at 5 in the morning and wanted to get a little sleep and shower before 11 o'clock check out . Got there and tried to check in and had no reservations at all had to send her a email of my reservations so she could find it , the she said she could let me have the room till 11 i said ok so she charge me the refundable $50 per room ( i had 2 ) and then told me oh i am sorry my manger told me i couldnt rent u the rooms we over booked but i would still be charged for the the 24th and it would be 2 to 3 days for the $50 a room to be back on my card went to a different hotel and they told us its illegal to charge us for the room if we didnt stay in it

I don't recommend

I didn’t feel safe at this hotel. I found a used dental floss in the sink, and my bedsheets were stained, which made me think they hadn’t been changed. My friends, who stayed in another room, also found hair on their sheets. I do not recommend this hotel. We only stayed there because there were no other hotels available at the time.

Property was average and slightly overpriced but it was mid summer in FL. No complaints in regard to cleanliness but I was billed an additional $40 with no explanation. This pushes the fee up well beyond what the room was worth and brings their trustworthiness into question. Do not recommend.

Staff threatened to call the police on my girlfriend, who tried to get a key with the receipt after locking herself out. Front desk is 24/7, but through an outsourced hotel machine in the lobby via telecom. No coffee in the rooms, but there is coffee available in the robot's lobby. I won't stay here again, solely for the fact they don't hire a local receptionist. I further won't stay here because of the surely housekeeper. It's a super budget place, that lives up to the budget reputation.

Look…if you are traveling on a budget, then maybe stay here. Although, there are so many other options, like Motel 6, Super 8, Best Western…all are head and shoulders about this place.
