Room was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect for me, the exercise equitment was high quality and functioning properly, the breakfast good, 24 hour coffee and infused water and Sam at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I always stay there when I come to visit family and will continue to do so. Also the price is very reasonable.

Dirty kitchen area, elevators and wallways. Staff said "I Understand but too busy to clean it up" Fianally cleaned it up before manager arrived at noon. Manager should have been informed his guests were tracking mud everywhere. I should have stayed at another hotel close by.

The staff were fantastic. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The price was great and location perfect. Unfortunately the heating units whined. We were moved to a new unit and it also had the same issue. The refrigerator also whined and rumbled when it kicked on. Someone had set the alarm clock for 4 am and it went off as well. I unplugged it. Not a good choice for someone who can’t sleep through these noises.
