Good value and a decent breakfast including hot items. The area is a "hotel haven" outside the actual town, so you have to drive to reach interesting places to visit. However, there are lots of dining options (mostly chain restaurants) within walking distance. Staff is courteous and responsive.

The staff that actually did the work were excellent. It was the front desk staff that always seemed preoccupied. During my 4 day stay they never cleaned the smoking area. The breakfast was less than desirable. No butter, no French vanilla creamer. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Hoping for bacon on at least one day but no. Same every day. Could have gone next door for butter.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, breakfast bar was substantive and different each morning, staff was friendly. Property was a bit dated, but for the price and the distance from our event venue it was worth it.
