6 rooms booked, one given away before check-in, one without the refrigerator paid for, one with fecal matter on the bedding, all were dirty with trash and food crumbs left behind, multiple long black hairs on the top sheet visible without even turning them down, body impression on made up bed, crumbs in bed, one without a bath towel. Terrible experience! Now I'm trying to get the credit for the room that was given away. The hotel said they issued the credit, but I need to contact Expedia and in turn Expedia needs to contact the hotel and then I can get my due refund. This is a cumbersome process. I am not only unhappy with the hotel, I am now unhappy with the process of going through Expedia. I will be contacting corporate for Motel 6 and Expedia if needed. Very dissatisfied. Connie
