Paper thin walls.

“Dog friendly” but paper thin walls so every time we moved the dogs next door went into a barking frenzy. Our dog would start but stopped when told to. Theirs would not. All dogs grouped in successive rooms so it was awful.

Up from Florida visiting relatives that live in Fredericksburg. The facilities were exactly the same as we saw online. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Staff made beds and left clean towels and toiletries every day. Robin and Amy were exceptional during breakfast what a pleasure to meet them. Everyone made our time there very enjoyable.

Staff was personable, helpful, warm and very on top of their job. Room was extremely comfortable and had many amenities and even offered room service. Complimentary breakfast was above and beyond standard fare prepared by caring, more-than-efficient, friendly staff.

This was a perfect stop on our way home from Florida. Although it is an older hotel, it was extremely clean and well cared for. Employees seem generally happy to work there. It is pet friendly and is predominantly why we chose it. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay here in the future when traveling.
