Dirty

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing thrilling but acceptable. However, the furniture in the room was all stained and overly used. All of the hallways smelled terrible like cigarettes. We tried to go swimming but both the pool and hot tub were filled with red mold from poor cleaning. There were buckets all over the hallways where the sprinkler system or something was leaking from the ceiling For a room that cost me $164 for the night, I was horrified at the lack of cleanliness.

It was annoying that the television didn’t work. The front desk clerk offered to move our room but there wasn’t one available like the one I had paid for, we were already unpacked and had been traveling for 14 hours so weren’t up for moving.

Excellent customer service. Spacious room. Bathroom was not good. There was no hot water bring your own shampoo, conditioner soap. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and don’t care about the bathroom amenities or not having hot water then this is the hotel for you to stay.

Look elsewhere to avoid being disappointed

We have been staying at this hotel for years as a stop on our trips between New York and Florida. Not anymore. After a 12-hour drive we were looking forward to hot showers but there was only luke warm water. That was still the case in the morning. Ice and vending machines out of order. Nail/screw holes and patched up holes in the walls of the room. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Management clearly not spending on maintenance/updates. And why does my credit card need to be charged $50 for incidentals at check in? What incidentals? Do they think I am going to steal something?

The room was filthy. Trash behind the dresser. The walls were disgusting and the tub was so filthy. Hair on the sheets. I can’t believe this place is rated good. The service is good but don’t stay here if you’re used to better options this is a last resort. And the pool and hot tub are not open

Moldy showers are no bueno

Place is run down and in need of updates. Shower was moldy and they had caulked over the mold so it was growing through the caulk in all seams

The reason I selected this hotel was because of the hot tub. It was broke. The room reeked of marijuana. The ice maker on my floor was broke. The room key worked the first time but not the second time. The tv remote did not work. They did put in new batteries and then it worked. They has a gas fireplace but it didn’t work or was turned off. It was 22 degrees that day. It looks like this was a nice hotel once but nobody is putting any money back into it.
