Parking is terrible! Not happy after a long drive to have to park far away in a sketchy bar parking lot with a bunch of patrons hanging out smoking outside the door to avoid being towed. Also the a/c unit was very loud and made a horrible rattling noise:(

All night all we did was hear TVs blaring. The tv was broken in our room. The parking lot was flooded, and the day we checked in we had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in because only 1 employee was working. This was the worst HIE we have ever stayed at, and we have been to a lot.

Not the best, but not the worst.

For a one or two nights stay it wasn't the worst hotel. These were some of the issues we had, though minor: 1. The charging ports on the bedframe kept beeping due to either being inefficient or about to stop working altogether. Those same charging ports were very loose and my phone charger kept falling out. 2. The shower curtain has a few small rips in it. Nothing crazy just something I noticed. 3. The TV is outdated. It will say no signal on every input but it has to be on the HDMI 1 input then change channels for the signal to come back. 4. The gym is small and although it's not an issue, the water tank in there must be incredibly old because it has some type of mold or brown spots inside the tank. The gym itself consisted of a treadmill, elliptical, and bike. Great if you do cardio.

While the place was very clean, our shower curtain looked like it had been in a slasher movie. No biggie but very weird. The pool was nice but the exhaust fan was so loud you had to yell to each other. Not a bad place just off a bit.

We got in at midnight and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. It didn't take long but I was hit with an additional fee of twenty something I was not aware of. The thermostat did not work, air unit needed cleaning and bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast had a good selection.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable! The tv remote was poor and difficult to operate. The parking area is very limited. We had to drive around several times before finding a space. The breakfast food was not even warm.
