Did not have breakfast but the staff for kitchen seemed nice. Room small and tired; Beds not comfortable; and housecleaning woke us up at 7AM vacuuming the room above us. Would not recommend.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le service tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ était excellent. Un petit déjeuner avec oeufs et saucisses nous attendait. Le seul bémol est la température ambiante et l'unité de chauffage de la chambre. À notre arrivée, le chauffage était totalement éteint. Il faisait 20 F (-5 C) à l'extérieur et environ 50 F (+10 C) dans la chambre. En ayant fait le commentaire immédiatement à la réception, on m'a dit que c'est la façon de faire de l'endroit. Comme l'unité de chauffage n'était pas très performant, nous avons dû dormir avec nos vêtements. Nous comprenons l'idée de l'économie d'énergie mais est-ce qu'il y a vraiment de l'économie à faire au détriment du confort? Le chauffage à fonctionné à plein régime toute la nuit. Endroit à conseillé en été seulement.

This hotel is dated. It needs a sprucing up. Other complaints: - Shower had very slow drain, I was standing in ankle deep water when done. - Toilet clogged in morning, went to front desk and they gave me a plunger in plastic bag, seemed liked a common occurrence. Plus: Location for travelling in great.

Location and amenities were good, but this area is a bit noisy for me. You can hear the car and truck traffic throughout the night, which made it difficult for me to fall and stay asleep. But the place did the job.

First, I want you to know every member of your staff was very polite. Also, the staff cleaning the rooms were honest and did a great job. I lost one of my diamond ear ring and they found it and it was laid it on my sink. But to say the room was wheelchair accessible it is not. The bathroom was the main issue. The shower had a dip in the floor, and the shower chair almost made me fall. the handheld shower head did not work because I could not reach it. The towel racks are too high to hang your towels on. The electric socket was also too high to reach. And there was no emergency alarm. I even call and talk to the front desk before we came from Orlando to explain what I needed. I have only been in a wheelchair for 4 years and now recognize the difference between handicap accessible and wheelchair accessible. Please think about making changes for the next customer.
