The bathroom was too small. The tub was stained and looked dirty. The shower curtain and the rod had been broken more than twice by the wall bracket. The curtain would slide to the middle causing the floor to get very wet. The flood and side tube molding was coming unsealed. The shower scilicon was cracking along the tube and shower walls. There was mold growing in the corner of the upper areas of the shower. Also the sheet rock tape was coming off in the bathroom. The room smelled musty as if carpet were wet and not dried properly.

Needs to be updated, rooms smelled moldy and dirty. Sheets feel dirty and rough. One of our rooms had bed bugs, woke up with bites on body and face. Showers had dirt stains. Would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is very dated. It is more of an old-school roadside motel that is well located since it is only a 4 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The room felt humid even when turning the AC higher. The room was clean but bathtub and toilet seat peeling. It smelled highly of bleach when I first arrived. The room itself had stains on the walls and divots in the sheetrock. Lighting was also lacking as they only had three lamps that were very dim. You had to keep the window curtain open to get light but then everyone who walked past could see into your room. They do serve a continental breakfast on weekends but it doesn’t start until 8:30 am and I was out and about by then. I would not recommend staying here.
