The hotel was spotless clean and looked recently refurbished. Outstanding value for the price. The signage at the street needs to be larger or more visible as it is easy to pass by the entrance.

This hotel is clean and quiet. However, there rooms are small, and all furnishing are built-in minimalist in nature. The beds are placed on metal bed stands that are TOO high and make an EXTREMELY ANNOYING oil can bending noise at the slightest provocation. It is disquieting when trying to sleep. I will not consider this hotel for future stays in Fredericksburg.

I requested a third floor room for ore quiet and got it. They had a luggage trolley I could use and an elevator. Very helpful. My windows opened but I had no view because the room overlooked part of the roof and there was some concrete barrier in front. Kind of weird, but not a problem. Parking was easy.
