Our ring was very nice however we had to lug our luggage by Shoulder and hand to the room because there were no carts available. We asked the person working the front desk and he told us they had two and he guess they were being used. we were extremely dissatisfied about that. I did speak with the general manager and she said she would pass it on. Also, we were not happy about having to pay $100 deposit instead of the normal $25 due to the hotel having a bar and issues they had had with other people.

Nice place to visit. No interaction with staff. Had a 1 bedroom suite, very roomy and clean. Pool area is very ice. Did have an issue booking, I booked the wrong arrival date and rebooked on Expedia and the resort would not credit my first booking which was Toal BS! That said probably wouldn't stay there again.

Pro - The room was clean and was well equipped. The grounds were well taken manicured and clean. Con - The studio room murphy bed is not comfortable at all. I would recommend reconfiguring this room with a real bed. Also, water temp in the shower was room temp, but maintenance corrected the 2nd night. Overall experience was good.

The room was beautiful, a home away from home! It was clean, had everything I needed (as far as cookware, silverware, coffee cups, wine glasses & down to storage for the food I prepared), the bed comfy & the fire place made it so cozy!! The grounds were kept clean. Pool & hot tub, OMG, has a beautiful view over the hills of Kerriville!! It was a 10/10 place to stay that’s for sure!! The staff were great as well!!

The facility was pristine, room, as always, well stocked with cooking needs and superbly cleaned. I don't like the wifi policy/price, but that is well overshadowed by the excellent facility and service. It is a 5-star resort. The area has been hurt by the flooding, parks and restaurant closings, but we will return because of the WorldMark resort.

The room and surroundings were just gorgeous. Clean. Well stocked. Roomy. The pool was wonderful and we loved the assortment of games in the rec center. It made for a wonderful weekend visit.
