The room had peeling wallpaper and flaking paint. The check in staff grilled me as to why we were staying there and when I finally said because of a soccer game they made us sign and additional paper. It sounded like a heard of elephants was staying a floor above us. Pool hours were to short. Seems pointless to have them when noone inforcrs the rules anyway as kids were all over the place unsupervised. Breakfast was ok. Have stayed nicer places for less money. We picked this hotel because of the pool and slide and couldn't even get close because of all the kids small and teenagers just running wildly in the area.

Common areas and rooms were clean. Nothing special about the room. Seemed like a good value. Breakfast was extensive and functional—No talk about awarding any Michelin stars here, but the breakfast served its purpose. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again!

The wading pool was what drew us to the location. The pool area could probably could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Visible rust on stairs, pool floors were dirty and the pool edge was so dirty that all around you could see kids had written in the grime:

The hotel backs up to a highway. Very noisy at night and hard to sleep! You can ask for a room that faces the parking lot. I didn’t know this but was advised for next time by staff to ask for this. Few close restaurants. But very limited. It’s a fine place to stay if you’re passing through or to use the slide/pool area for kids.
