Great location, less desirable communication
Fabulous location and spacious quarters but there were communication and information glitches. One of the amenities listed is a hot tub but there is none. We stopped 3 different workers to find it. Two had no idea and the third spoken no English. When we emailed our contact,we were told that was another mistake and that there is no hot tub and should not have been listed in the binder. There is no binder. There is only a one sheet welcome in the kitchen. There was also a disturbing threat on that sheet Suggesting that if we unplug some WiFi cord, we would be charged a fine. We spent several hours looking for this elusive plug and couldn’t find it so we could show the children not to touch it. Again, I emailed our contact and was told – never mind. The plug no longer exists. as you can see there are serious communications issues.As far as overflow parking, we needed it because we had two cars. we were told there was overflow parking on the west side, which there was. We got the last spot, however there are two prominent signs that say you cannot park more than 48 hours! This didn’t make sense since we had a 96 hour reservation . Also, none of the cars ever moved out within 48 hours as we kept checking on our own car and moving it. Again another communication problem.
