The floor of the room felt sticky and we didn't have toiletries that one would expect to have. The front desk staff was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The bed was comfortable on the positive side of things. We wouldn't stay here again considering the alternatives in the area

Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was good and the ladies kept the area very clean. We booked this hotel predominantly for the indoor pool, but it was so cold, that I only stayed in for 10 minutes. That was disappointing.
