Roaches all in the room including the bed.

I went to the front desk about roaches being in the room. The lady Kathy and the manager were both present. I showed them both videos of the roaches in the sink, bathroom, walls and told them we were awaken by them in the bed. They assured me they would start a refund with Expedia which would forward the request onto Hotels.com. That was never done. I’ve been told in emails that they are refusing to the refund when they called the Hotel that was located in Gainesville, Fl. I will never stay at that property again and urge other to do the same.

Our first room had a terrible musty smell. The staff was very pleasant when we requested another room. Unfortunately the next room had a dead cockroach sitting on the tv stand. We ended our stay.

The bed was comfortable. Room appeared to be clean. Bathroom sink area was separate from tub/toilet area. Sink area was very nice and looked new. Tub was rough. Finish was peeling off and soap holder had broken off. I'm assuming if the sink area is new, they are going to soon remodel the tub and toilet area. A/C worked well. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The trip was a rocky start however all things considered everything turned out fine. Your employees are hard workers and under the circumstances of it being graduation. I’m sure the stress margins were higher. I do recommend the facility.

New, modern, conveniently located

Modern, new, clean. Includes free breakfast in a large, well-lit area of the lobby. I would definitely return. Near to many activities: museums, botanical garden, state park, etc

I didn't like the little amount of locks on the doors, there was a roach in my room, and how little the shower curtain does when keeping the water off the floor. The bed was ok, the pillows could be more comfortable, but it was a good stay.

Internet was out and the staff came into our room while we were in it. They said there was some “technical” problem and they didn’t know which rooms were vacant/occupied. It was a bit awkward. But the room was clean and comfortable.
