I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

The smell of mildew hit us when we walked into the room. The tv was on and off again static. The bathroom door did not shut, the floor in the restroom was dirty and there were several dead bugs on the floor. The fridge did not work. And to top it all off there was no internet. Overall, a crappy stay.

We booked king bed. We got double double Hotel door didn't close all way stayed cracked Bathroom door was broke all around handle. When I say broke I mean it looks like someone was beating the door to get in and took part of door off. Tub was dirty. Stains on bedding 9:29an the cleaning lady just walks in and I was mid chaning and my husband was still sleeping

Front desk clerk was not at desk. People were waiting over 10 minutes for him to come to front and that was only after ringing the bell loudly and he came from a room behind desk. I had 2 rooms 144 and 148. My friends in 148 went to make coffee and water ran out all over the place also their hairdryer barely worked. The whole place needs an overhaul! Not your typical Quality Inn. Would not stay there again

Worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was not cleaned very well and I found trash on the floor. The bathroom light didn’t work and the shower valve handle was broken. I have to assume the bedding was clean. I would give this particular hotel 5 negative stars. Because of my experience, I will never stay in a Quality Inn hotel again.

Phone was dead and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get staff to come to our room and hook up the TV. Short staffed was an issue. There was a hole at the base of the door. The breakfast was horrendous! Orange liquid was supposed to be juice. No toast, bread or pastries available. Coffee was terrible and the food was cold. No kitchen staff available. The downstairs bathrooms in the dining area were out of order. No ice machine or laundry service available.

Needs updating. The toilet was hard to flush & made weird flushing noises. The tub only had a hole for a drain. The shower curtain had stains on it. There was a smoke detector in the ceiling but the actual smoke detector was missing & wires hanging from it. But for a one night stay it was clean.

The clerk that checks you in has an attitude the room I stayed in the carpet was wet I don't know if it was coming from the bath tub or the toilet, and water at the end of the stairs.... Over all I won't be staying their again

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. There were bloodstains on the bed, and when I reported it to the staff, they were unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. The lock on my door was also broken, making me feel unsafe. Despite multiple attempts to contact management for compensation or an apology, I received no response. I do not recommend this hotel.
