The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was probably one of the hottest ive ever had, which i love and ever so greatly needed. There were a few things that were dated but as far as comfortability and price it was great

Always a great stay. Has become my go to spot for overnights in Gainesville. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, rooms are clean and have everything needed, the breakfast is hot and fresh with plenty of choices for everyone. Excited for the warmer months so we can swim in the pool again! Awesome as always.

The room was run down and dirty. The tub was dirty, and the floors had stains on them. The breakfast was terrible with the eggs having a chemical taste. To top it off, while we were eating our cereal and bagel, which were about the only edible items, the woman running the breakfast told us we needed to leave so she could clean. Mind you, this was right at 10 am when breakfast ends. Talk about hospitality... Anyway, we were very disappointed, given the other reviews that we read because our experience didn't align with them at all. It felt like the reviews we read were for an entirely different place.
