This hotel was an awesome value. Low price but the whole place was nice. It was in a separated area, so not near rundown businesses or streets. No random suspicious buses or campers on the property. Entire place was clean. Nice lobby with historical displays. Elevator to 2nd floor. Convenient side doors and pet friendly! Beds were big and comfortable. Sink and toilet separate, which is nice. Clean tub/shower. Great hot breakfast. Has a great, clean pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy those because there was a large group (10?) using the entire area all evening including many small children and the entire lot was loud and screaming, they refused to accommodate me when I asked. Management said there was nothing they could do. Front desk girl was young and inexperienced in customer service but did her best. This hotel was such a Godsend since we had booked a different one but when we arrived it was so horrible we did not stay. We're so glad we were able to get in this one at the last minute. Thank you!

On check in staff did not provide key card cover with room number nor did she inform we needed to use a separate elevator. No info about breakfast times either. Tv in LR didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed for 24 hours. No cleaning or towel refresh and keys stopped working—no apology for that inconvenience either. Terrible experience and service

Seemed like the weekend staff was on vacation as well. NO towels available at the pool area. Specifically stayed here because it was a great price and had a jacuzzi. Got to use the jacuzzi the first night and then it was broken the rest of the weekend. Asked for towels to the pool area. I

We have stayed at this property before and didn't have any problems. This time we had no housekeeping for 7 days! We asked three times and were told each time it would happen, that housekeeping doesn't go home until they're done. We talked to one of the maids one day, and she said she couldn't do our room because of pet dander since we had dogs, and she would have Brittany do it. Brittany never did it. We did get replacement towels ONCE after housekeeping left for the day. Our trash accumulated and we had to ask for trash bags, too. The room was not really dirty, but it was not very clean feeling. It's obvious that the owners are putting their money into the new hotel next door, which they also own. We will not be staying here again.

Gross bathroom. Grout was coming up and it felt like we would fall through the floor - plywood needs replacing as it's obviously got water damage.

Upon arrival, our room had a terrible smell of mold and urine. We immediately asked for a new room and we were moved. Our new room also had a musty smell, but it was tolerable. The air conditioner didn’t work great. We had it set at 60 for the duration of our stay and it never got below 74 degrees. There was often no one at the front desk and we had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. Breakfast was only served until 9 and it was extremely limited. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Worst place we'ved ever stayed in!

Asked for 2 days for a hair dryer. No iron. No remote and the one given us would not turn the TV off Metal bat in bed slammed my husband's ankle snd is now bruised. Blanket was ultra thin. AC was either freezing cold or loweredc2 degrees was hot and humid. Used ironing board to put makeup etc. on as there was no place to put it. Carpet was dingy and room very dated. 2 plugs by bed to charge phones.

The walls were very thin and the property was pretty dated, for the price paid (which was not much less than the hilton next door would have been). The bed was uncomfortable. The pictures online are not a good representation of the actual state of the property. But the staff was very nice in my interactions with them, and the room was decently clean.
