Requested an upgrade upon arrival. Check out went well (seamless) until I arrived home and saw my credit card bill! Trying to reach someone to inquire about duplicate charges was close to impossible! It took 4 weeks to clear up the billing issue. The "management team" did not understand why the front desk agent did what she did!

Great experience, we will be back!

Great experience! This was our second stay at this hotel and won't be the last. It was perfect for our family, the pool was large and clean. The rooms were also large and clean. The TVs were small-ish but I was thrilled that they had cable and could at least watch something before bed. Seems like most hotels we've stayed at only had options to purchase movies but didn't have basic cable. We ate breakfast and there were good options for everyone. The staff were quick to refill things whenever they were close to running out. Check-in was quick and easy. We will be back!

We went shopping, ate at some very good places. went to a muzeum and saw grants home. was glad to see you had a bar. the only issues we had were with the water pressure in the shower.
