Worst coffe we have EVER tasted. Could not have possibly been more watered down. Wifi never worked. The bed was comfortable at least. Floors felt filthy under our feet and in fact did make our feet brown.

Dirty beds

There we long black hairs in the bed and the mattress was dirty. We slept in our clothes. The shower didn’t drain very well either. I will say that the staff was very friendly but I would never stay there again.

The property was well lit at night. The room was very clean. We had an assessible room with a shower. The water ran over the whole bathroom floor making it very slippery. Otherwise a nice stay. No restaurant close.

The staff was very accommodating to my medical issue, and ensured that I had a room on the ground floor. As always, the staff was very friendly and efficient. I have stayed here multiple times, and will continue to stay here when in the area.

We stayed one night at the Gallup, NM location. It was adequate for our needs as we were in route to another destination. The hotel room showed some updating, it had vinyl flooring, which I did appreciate versus carpeting. (Most hotels do not clean or replace carpet often enough imo.). With that being said, the hallway carpeting would benefit from a good cleaning. The small room heater/ac was working well..almost too well. It kept the room incredibly warm. The fan in the bathroom was a little in the loud annoying side, but we figured out that there was a light around the mirror which was bright enough to use. I would suggest that the hotel put drain catchers in the tubs. There wasn’t one in ours and it had quite a bit of “hair & gunk” that needed cleaning out. (A simple basket drain catcher would work.) We did not try the breakfast that was included as we were needing to get on the road. The check-in process was smooth, however we had hoped to split the 2 rooms, as we had another couple traveling with us, and the night manager was unable as I had used Expedia to book the room. The amount paid was at a great price point so just for a night it was a good value.

Nice and Comfortable

The room was very nicely remodeled and the mattresses were quite comfortable. The heater also worked well. Not too hot nor too cold. TV worked and plenty of channels to check out. The internet was non-existant. I received a text saying to reach out by text if I needed anything and I did so and never received a response. It was a bit frustrating, but we were only there for the evening.

Not up to the Wyndham standards.

We were drawn to this property since it was affiliated with Wyndham. This was our error. The property was in poor condition. We found our towels in the bathroom to be damp. Some of the features of the room had been upgraded, but not very professionally. It took three trips back to the front desk to get a set of keys that worked. While multiple entry doors formerly had keyed entry they were disabled which was not convenient as we were in a room at the far end of the lobby. On the desk at check-in I noticed an advertisement for a hot breakfast eggs and sausage). When I inquired about this they said only the waffles were hot, as they were remodeling.
