The valet was awful. We were delayed getting into our room by an hour just trying to park. Then when they returned our car that double parked another car and we were stuck for 30 minutes while they ignored us. Food was not good and service was worse. Charged $40 for a glass of wine that is normally $50 a bottle. Plumbing had loud banging sounds that kept me up all night.

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. This is our first trip to Galveston. They happily give guidance. The room is beautiful and clean. The hotel is walking distance for food, shopping and activities.

We were uograded to the lofts across the street which were very specious and lovr, however you could hear every footstep from guest above us.
