Check-in was quick and the beds were extremely comfortable. The best night sleep we had in a week of our travels. The only thing about this property is there is no elevator. We had several suitcases we had to lug up a couple flights of stairs. However, staff did offer to help us up the stairs if we wanted. The property is in the heart of shopping, food, etc. Yet, even with all the activity in the street below us, we did not hear a thing in our room (that was facing the street below). We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stream room and sauna. Staff was all great. Room was slightly cramped.

Hotel was wonderful. Checked all the boxes: perfect location (central, walking distance to everything, surrounded by pubs), great staff, excellent hotel bar and in house café. Will recommend to everyone and would definitely go back!

All the staff was very pleasant, bed was comfortable and restaurant was amazing.

Although the property is about a 20 minute walk from town, it’s quiet, spacious and nicely laid out with free parking and a great breakfast. I’d recommend it as a good choice if tue location works.
