All employees that I had contact with were very friedly & helpful. The desk chairs in the room are not very comfortable though. Being on a work trip, I spent the eveings in the room working... The location is nice, and there are plenty of places withi walking distance for food.

Comfortable and clean

Very comfortable stay, close to everything (shopping, food etc) and only 20 min drive from Baltimore airport. Nice continental breakfast. Room was very comfortable and roomy

My second stay at this location. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurants and grocery store across the street.

The desk personnel were great. They were very friendly courteous and helpful. Channing was especially helpful with checking in. I had requested a handicapped shower but the room I reserved had a tub. Channing got together with Housekeeping and found me a room with all my needs. I had to wait for it to be cleaned but the staff was so nice and helpful I did not mind waiting. When you have courteous staff it makes a big difference.

Arrived and was checked in. Went into room to fund a plastic bag tightly covering the smoke alarm. Picked up the phone and dialed both front desk and then wake up call and both times got a random man on the phone. I went down to front desk and then they moved me to another room.

Offered free breakfast but never had any breakfast items except cereal and bagels. Ran out of eggs, yogurt. Asked maid to leave clean towels in our room when we were leaving one morning and they were not there when we returned

This was an easy place in re: to check-in and check-out. The staff was friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. Only issue was toothpaste spatter from previous guests on the back of the bathroom door.
