Lobby and parking area were decent. Room was clean. The elevator had tape over a broken button and the shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. Breakfast was ample but could use a bit more selection. I slept decently and felt the security of the hotel was sufficient but wondered if all exterior doors locked after hours like they are supposed to.

Tub didnt have a slip mat amd wouldn't drain. There was no coffee in the room. Hotel said they were out. There were no sherts for the extra bed. Water damage on the wall in the bathroom.

The room itself was large enough. The furniture was worn out. The desk chair was pleather and had peeled off down to the fabric. The stuffed chair had no support stringers and went to the floor when sat in. The bathroom exhaust fan was noisy, probably from being so plugged by lint. The bed, if you can call it that, was so hard it completed with the worn out carpet for firmness. The elevator was out of service, which made carrying bags and necessities a rear chore. The staff was friendly and helpful, but to recommend this place to others at this point, I can't! This added to our grief of the funeral of a loved one we attended was disappointing.

Front desk is great but wait til you see the room

Cameron at the front desk very accommodating. The only issue I have is the condition of the room. It had frayed carpet the flooring in the bathroom is coming away from the tub. The shower curtain was not long enough for the tub. The carpet in the living room was dirty. The breakfast was great.
