Front desk staff was nice. Free WiFi doesn’t work cause no-one knows how to access it including the front desk. The room is clean and acceptable but nothing special.

I am a nurse that works night shift and due to my sleep work schedule I need accommodations as far as checking in and checking out with leeway with the times. They were not helpful and not empathic to my situation. The door and windows are thin and can hear people in the hallway and can hear trucks outside. Again I work night shifts very difficult to sleep especially with housekeeping on the same floor. The remote is disgusting and I don't think has ever been cleaned. I have two more weeks I have to come back to Kansas for and will not stay here again. Also not offered any discounts for fire responder, nurse, etc.
