This was a great option for us! We had 6 adults and 3 kids. They had a pack n play under the king bed, although we brought our own. We also brought our own high chair. They did not have one of those. We had a one snag but the host replied super quickly and was very helpful!I read some reviews saying they didn’t love the location, but we felt it was great! Close to town and a really amazing view of the lake.The property was very clean, and even though it’s dog friendly I couldn’t find a trace of any previous dogs that had stayed. I did one load of laundry and there was dog hair in the lint trap and that was how I remembered that people had brought dogs before us. We also did run out of toilet paper the morning we checked out. But I felt it was too early and we were about to leave, so I didn’t reach out to ask for more. But I’m sure the host would’ve provided some no problem. Greta option for families!

Perfect lake getaway!

The yurt was the perfect place to stay for my birthday weekend. So much room for everyone, all amenities you could need, gorgeous views and lots of wildlife around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Luxury mountain retreat

The Yurt was amazing and better than expected. The swamp cooler did OK with summer heat but obviously not as good as AC. Plenty of towels and Kitchen nicely stocked. Very impressed! FYI the entrance onto the property is fairly steep up a gravel road so be prepared to use 4x4. Hopefully in the future it will be paved to make it easier for pulling a trailer. We would love to stay here again!

My family loved staying at the yurt. It’s such a unique experience and it’s so comfortable! My family loved looking out the windows to see the beautiful view of Bear Lake. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, modern luxury

So wonderful! My husband, two teens & two dogs LOVED this place. So modern and fun. Great location. We weren’t sure what to expect from a yurt, but we walked away trying to figure out where to build our own. So perfect!

Very nice place for a family

We stayed for five days with two adults, seven kids. The property was very spacious, and in spite of hot weather the swamp cooler did a good job keeping the Yurt cool. The views of the lake were spectacular! The beds were all clean and comfortable. We have zero complaints, and will likely do a trip here in the future. Our only request (not criticism) was we needed more laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs for the time we stayed. We averaged two loads per day, and only 2 of each type of soap were provided for the whole stay. You also may want to consider adding some easy chairs or more funiture for lounging. The kids were constantly fighting over the giant awesome bean bag, and nobody had anywhere comfy to sit. Again, not a complaint just a suggestion. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Property!

We loved this property. It's clean, modern, great location, super comfy beds and linens, all the amenities you need, and the yurt is just so cool. We stayed in more than we usually would while traveling because everyone loved the yurt so much. The kids are already asking when we can go back, and I'd like to plan a girl's trip. Everything was great!

Nice property, good view

Property was nice. We brought a boat and the hill was really steep and parking was not ideal but it worked. The yurt are really close to each other, so plan on noise from all groups around you. The view of the lake was gorgeous as it sits right on a hill that overlooks garden city.

Modern, comfortable yurt with all the amenities

We loved our stay. We were super comfortable and had just about everything we needed. Our 4 teenage girls were disappointed from the outside but LOVED it from the inside! We had lots of room and the beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that were a little frustrating like the blinds that were broken. We also had to fix the sun roof window which wasn’t installed right and the sliding door to the bathroom. Also since it’s a tent, the neighbors were super loud at night and would sometimes stay up until 1:00 am. For the most part though we loved our stay and would come again. Thank you!!
