Front desk staff was excellent even though maintenance did not fit our broken drain or replace our AC filter. Cafe manager was rude to her employees causing a scene. Room was fine but no elevator to third floor. Needs better signage to find lobby. Buildings are separate and is confusing especially at night.

Overall it was good and convenient to grocery store . Nice for a small town. Clean and spacious room. Only thing was that they didn’t put enough towels for number of guests but the staff was super friendly and immediately took care of it.

Great location! Gardiner is a nice town to stay in outside of Yellowstone. We had an issue with the lock on the bathroom door, and the staff was quick to help with it. FYI: breakfast is muffins, juice, and coffee. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with plenty of room for our family of 6.

Mostly good, no elevator for elderly patrons and the breakfast was only a muffin. I thought it was supposed to be a continental breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to all of Gardiner. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are muffins, juice and coffee in the morning. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch on premises. I was not crazy about our room. It is basically a basement room. The window looks out directly into the parking lot. There are no sheers on the windows. It is either open up the certain and let everyone see inside your room or close the room darkening curtains and sit in a dungeoness room. The ceilings are also very low. This hotel does not appear to be handicapped accessible. I felt the room should have been cleaner. The floors left my socks and feet dirty. The box spring covers were dirty with obvious nasty spills on one bed. The towels, top bed linens seemed clean, as well as, the bathroom. On the plus side, this hotel does accept pets. We were traveling with a small dog.
