The receptionist was very nice. Extra bonus of small restaurant for breakfast attached. Rooms clean. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

No frills but comfortable

Like everything in Gardiner this hotel is for visitors to Yellowstone National Park. The staff was helpful when needed. The room was small and simple, but adequate. Television is important to us as we wind down in the evening and the service offered very few good channels, our one criticism.

I loved being able to stay close to Yellowstone. The building is older and lower level was very humid. Cleanliness was ok. I felt the cost of the room was not worth it though. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was coffee, juice and small muffins. Everything tasted delicious. Ice machine was out of order.

Location was great. Grocery store across the street. We stayed on the bottom floor next to the laundry room. Every morning at 5 it sounded like people were bowling or dragging luggage across the room. Terrible if you are not an early riser
