We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean rooms, a lovely pool and hot tub and a nice breakfast. Rhea was so great with my 6 year old and Alan gave excellent recommendations. We will definitely be back!

The hotel room electronic lock was not working, there was no other room available and we had an event to get to so we kept our items with us and came back after. There was a deadbolt and a lock bar so once we were in the room it was lockable.

Amenities-hot tub no real jets, sauna broken, pool ice cold. Only reason we booked was the amenities. On top of that I am handicap and was put on 2nd floor and elevator out of use. 1st night a herd of kids staying and we’re also on 2nd floor screaming running up and down the hallway. Throwing fruit at me and our dogs. 1st night was hell. Too much light at night in room.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The door leading outside made a very loud noise when closing, which was easily heard and a bit disruptive. The pool experience was also not ideal—there was a group of kids with adults who were splashing and diving, and it would’ve helped to have more staff surveillance to maintain a calmer environment. When we went to the hot tub, we noticed a bandaid near it, which was disappointing. Breakfast was decent overall, but I was looking forward to it more. Seeing the “breakfast in a cup” option (microwaved eggs and cheese) was a bit of a letdown, though the rest of the food was good. Lastly, it would’ve been nice to have USB charging ports in the room for electronics. With a few improvements, this place could be much better.

The front desk clerk was incredibly charming and friendly. He was such a joy, and a wonderful welcome to the city. I really can’t say enough about the front desk and the lobby was immaculate. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. Clean everything. Great stay.

Waffles, and breakfast bowls to heat up, but no indication of what was in the breakfast bowls. No instructions on how to heat up biscuits for biscuits and gravy. Gravy was on separate counter and only found it because I looked to see what was in the pot.
