Minot Clarion

Front desk staff were excellent; the room appeared decent but after settling in, when I turned the bed open and before sleeping in it, I found black hair in the bed sheets and dried nose mucus on the comforter. Not only is this alarming and disgusting, this lack of attention to detail will cost this chain my business in the future.

What i didnt like was the dusty vent in the bathroom, the water stains on the ceiling, the noise from the bar downstairs and the noise from the split unit. The bathroom was very small. The water pressure was low and the hot water was not very hot. The staff was nice though.

Don’t stay here

We had to change stays and they were friendly over the phone assuring that the pool was operational and breakfast would be in the morning. The front desk and his coworker said “it’s extremely continental breakfast today”. Not knowing what that ment I took my kids to breakfast and there was none apparently the cook hadn’t showed the last two days. So they lied to me. No breakfast for me or my kids. Overpriced and trashy

This property was very disappointing. There is an old bar downstairs that fills the lobby with an old, greasy diner smell. The room was dated. The water for the shower was barely warm. The fire alarm started going off at 5am and again @ 6:30am.

Fun but pool needs updating.

We just rented a room for swimming purposes. Our littles enjoyed themselves. Could definitely use a facelift in the pool area. Looking a little ragged.
