Could use some improvement

Hotel was ok but there are some issues. There is no entrance near the check in desk which is weird, long walk. Exceptionally long wait time to check in. There was only one bar and one bar tender on duty for the whole hotel and casino, long waits. Our room in the old tower was still nice. Parking is far. The pool was nice, the hot tubs were disgusting. Borderline health department should be called. Piles of black dirt/debris built up in the corners. At the Breakfast cafe, the 2 ladies didn’t acknowledge us for 15 minutes as we stood in line to order. We ended up walking out.

We love staying hrre. Love the bands. Only complaints are not enough seating to listen to the bands. And youve taken away waitresses in the kitchen restaurant. Line was way too long so had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Staff was helpful. There wasnt a loading and unloading area for the hotel guests. We had to track down someone to help with a luggage cart. When checking out, no one was around and there werent any luggage carts to be found. The property is nice, but the cigarette smell was unbearable.
