People above our room was smoking somewhere and I reported it to the young cleaning ladies about "No Smoking in the Rooms" to bring this to their attention, when the people above had what looked like ashes falling onto our balcony, well they billed me $250.00 for this when we do not even smoke.

The staff was so kind but the facility was falling apart. The outside had bricks falling off. The worst part was the room. Everything seemed wet and humid. The bedding felt wet. The floors. The room smelled musty and wet. The sheets and the mattress covers had stains on them. The location is fantastic so it’s a bummer the hotel was not. The pictures online make it look like a brand new hotel but it is not. The pool room looks nothing like the pictures. Disappointing.

The stay was fantastic. We arrived early and the room was ready for us. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a block from the main attractions which made it so easy to walk to. Great dining all around us. The morning breakfast was great. The selection was different every day and everything was good. Thank you for a great stay. Will come back to you the next time I come to Gatlinburg.

The only issue we had was the water drained slow when we took a shower so we were standing in dirty water. Otherwise everything was very clean and as described.

Loved the front desk person who checked us in. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was there was noise early in the morning (may have been garbage collection and being close to the breakfast buffet we could hear the noise as they were setting up

the condition of the hotel is terrible but food and teams of workers so helpful, we got alergies from the mold the room had they very nice changed my room in the last night, beds are so hard but very clean rooms except for the one they gave me the one i rented the suit everything else i do recomended.
