Key cards were deactivated everyday, no Wi-Fi password given, house keepers went into our room before checkout and threw away our belongings and cleaned our room with the dnd signs and not being checked out and they did nothing about it and said it was fine they did that.

On Expedia upgraded from standard room to suite. At check-in was given room 101. This was a large room with standard room furniture. It was empty and felt like you were staying in a storage unit. Not an upgrade.

We stayed here 10 years ago for our honeymoon and it was clean and a super convenient location so wanted to stay again for the nostalgia- so I read the reviews and it was still rated pretty high at an 8+ so I felt like it would still be decent. The staff was not friendly at all - at check in or check out. We checked out at 6a on the day we left and the desk clerk was asleep in the lobby chair and the only thing she said when I gave her my name and room number was “you’re good”. The rooms were moderately clean - they weren’t gross but could use a little better cleaning. I gave 3 stars overall because the room was decent and the location was perfect.

When I checked in I found out that someone else had taken my reservation. For at least 1/2 hour I had to prove that I was the person that made a reservation and paid for the room on 5/6/25. Eventually, I was giving room 302. Water was constantly dripping in the tub. The floors needed to be swept, and sand/dirt were in the bedsheets.

Worth the money

Was a fairly comfortable stay. Room was clean. Both key cards were deactivated at the start of my second day and receptionist blamed it on me. At checkout a different receptionist kept saying another persons name while she was checking me out. Room could use some minor repairs but didn’t mess with my stay.

Room Review

Cleaning staff could have done a better job I felt like. Floors were cleaned but all the dirt and dust was pushed up against the wall by the air conditioner. They did not restock the toilet paper and tissues. Had to ask. No coffee or cups left the second day. They did leave clean towels.

We were really surprised how nice the accommodations were, the rate was very affordable and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure was great. The staff was super friendly and we walked anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend. Will stay again!
