Our room was very clean. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. Enjoyed the gym daily during our multi-day stay. The breakfast had a nice variety of cold and hot items. The staff was kind and gracious! We will definitely stay at this location again!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, hotel itself was nice. We just had an issue with check in and got double charged on our stay and were out over $300 because of it for the rest of our trip. Could have been avoided, so it was rather frustrating and not one of the managers reached out. Contacted the assistant manager, no contact back, emailed the general manager, no response back. To be honest I would never stay here again no matter how nice it was because I felt I heard from an issue that happened because of their employee?

everyone did a great job , staff was excellent and took good care of us , the first room 312 the heater was making a hell of a noise so they changed us to 307 and the door lock was dead so they changed the battery and after that everything went smooth besides the shower door not staying shut

The property is clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The BIG problem was a "hidden charge" for parking. For the 4-night stay we were charged more to park than for another night. A 28% surcharge for parking. This property is in an area where everyone drives their private vehicle. Parking should be included in the room rate, or clearly stated at the time of booking.

I wasn’t able to sleep at all because of other guests being loud slamming a door over and over again at 12am for over an hour. When I called the front desk to finally tell someone about it she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She said “ok? And what do you want me to do about it?” When I asked the guy at the desk the next morning if there was a manager I could talk to he just said “no.” I haven’t been able to get in touch with a manager still, I guess they see nothing wrong with treating guests that way and aren’t willing to address it. It’s a decent enough room but the staff is really unprofessional. Reporting a noise disturbance in the middle of the night that went on for over an hour is a normal thing hotels deal with all the time, I really didn’t deserve to be treated like that.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was very helpful. We had a light bulb not working, it was replaced immediately.Room needed more lighting. Cleaning staff ignored do not disturb sign. I did not realize there was a fee for parking.( I just missed that on the website) However, $15 per day is extreme!!! I have never paid for parking at other Fairfield Inn and Suites!

Off the main drag a bit but the staff was courteous and the room was spacious and clean. Be sure to check small print about parking because it wasn't included in the booking.
