Overall great stay and great staff

Fantastic stay. Need to keep the toddlers out of the hot tub so the adults can enjoy (and for safety). The pool area, lobby, rooms, and hotel are very clean and some of the friendliest staff ever. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay

Affordable place but dated and needs updates. Alarm clock flashed and wouldn’t allow a reset. Pillows were not comfortable. Bath tub was not clean, or gave the appearance that it was not. It’s an old property, so only so much they can do, but still opportunity to make it a bit more current. Overall good value for the money.

The Glenstone was top notch! So convenient to downtown and walking! Hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating! Very clean and quiet! The pool and the hot tub was fun and clean! I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again!

Winter Break Trip

Our first night we stayed in a poolside room at the request of our 3 and 8 year old boys. We stayed on the 2nd floor and you can hear the noise from the pool in the rooms, which was not a problem for us. We did upgrade our room to a balcony room on the 3rd floor when the boys had a change of heart and wanted to try to see bear from the balcony. We had a street view but the mountains in the background were so pretty. Our boys loved the pool and it was pretty warm compared to any other indoor pools. During our stay, there was a lady serving hot chocolate in the lobby and we had to stop daily! The lobby was also beautifully decorated. We had no complaints with our stay. The property is in walking distance of downtown but the trolley stop right in front of the hotel was very nice!

The best hotel in Gatlinburg

We love staying here. It's pur favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. It has a trolley stop right in front that will drop you off on the strip and pick you back up to take you to the hotel. My kids love their indoor pool in summer and winter. We stayed during New Years and they had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with the sweetest lady making it. It was free with stay!!! We loved it. It felt like a Hallmark movie hotel!! We don't look at anywhere else to stay because we love it so much. Take my advice book and get a balcony room!! We watched the snow fall from our balcony!

Nice little hotel.

We stayed for New Year's Eve...right on the (free, in Gatlinburg) trolley route, so we trolley'd down to the restaurant we were to eat at, then back, wonderful when you have members of the group who are limited on their walking distances. Also had a view of the top of the Needle to see the fireworks....really fun! The pool is lovely, and the extra hour tacked on the hours it is open that is adult only is nice. Kids love pools, but adults need that break!
